Condor 767 photo with 171,000 views in less than 3 months

Saw this was brought up in the A.net forums, but talk about it somewhat fizzled out. How does a normal Condor 767 photo get 171,000 views in less than 3 months? The same photographer also has 125,000 views after a year on a more unique, but still not crazy shot:

The really telling thing is that there are ZERO comments on the Condor, and it's only been added to 1 photo album. If the 171,000 views were legitimate, these numbers surely would be much higher. So is the photographer having a script or web service continually hit his photo page with dynamic/spoofed IP addresses? And if so, why on a normal shot like the Condor? If I were in charge of A.net, I'd get to the bottom of this, because for the server to be continually hit with what is most definitely fake traffic isn't good for business.

This looks extremely suspicious. A basic shot on Airliners gets a few hundred hits and that's about it right now. Even a somewhat interesting and a bit more unique shot doesn't really get to a 1,000 hit mark.

I looked up to see the most viewed uploads in the past 6 months. Not surprisingly, the Condor was the top, by a wide margin. But there's also another photo with a suspicious amount of views:

Behind that are shots that are legitimately interesting, and they top out in the 30k view range. Examining the ERJ further, there are other nearly-identical shots of it on the same day, but check out the view comparisons - 121, 518, 95K :o, 736, 283:

The strange thing is, unlike the Condor photographer, the ERJ photographer has no other bizarre view counts in 159 uploads. The Condor photographer has only uploaded that 1 photo this entire year. I don't know what to make of it all.

Maybe they shared those images tied to the caption "Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself" and spread like wildfire around meme groups.

Very fishy:

That Air Senegal has 60K views. Some average stuff shot 4 years back (yes those shots that interest literally no one) with thousands of views?

Are you kidding me? A Swiss 330 landing at ZRH in 2015? An easyjet 319 shot in at best average light?

And a Helvetic Airways E190 from 4 days before the Senegal, with 27K views:

OMG.

But I am sure it's others trying to make him look bad. The usual excuse these days.

The top of the last 48 hours:

Some of the views bump can be attributed to front page exposure, but the 2015 United photo is still higher than a newsworthy first UA 772 in new colors that [rightfully] received promotion.

Another interesting thing is the Air Senegal is still at 60K (60.8) and the Helvetic is still at 27K (27.4). The other few examples flatlined, too. If there was genuine, organic interest in these photos, you'd think the views would slowly taper off, but instead, they seem to have 1 or 2 days of crazy views, followed by virtually nothing.

Surprise, surprise. Apparently the user said it's others that try to make him look bad and he has got nothing to do with it.

I would want to believe it, but as now everyone says it I just cannot believe it, sorry.
